Queen of Clothing Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, the item does not suit you or it is the wrong size we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit in the form of a gift card subject to the following:

You contact us within 7 days of receiving it. 

Step 1: Please send us an email first with your:

- Name
- Order Number
- Reason you're requesting to return the garment

Send the above details to sales@queenofclothing.com.au

We can then confirm if the item you are returning is eligible to be returned. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
If the item is faulty, we will issue a refund.

Non-returnable items:
* SALE ITEMS
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items, accessories or swimwear

Step 2: Return the Item

Return postage is at the customers expense and we highly recommend registering your parcel with tracking. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your returned package has arrived at our location, it will be inspected and if it's in the same condition that you received it in then your gift card will be processed.

We don't offer exchanges due to stock levels changing.
